In winters there is a high demands of heated water, in that case boilers and heaters are mostly used. Due to requirement of warm water and fluids, there is a need of boilers. Warm water and fluids are used in many prospects and for various purposes. Boilers contain pressure vessels which are usually made up of steel or wrought iron because this material is optimum for heating purposes. Stainless steel which is another material bur it is often used in super heaters. In water heaters cast iron is used for water vessels because cast iron is considered one of the most cheap and useful substance for heating.
The source of various boilers and heaters are combustion of several fuels like coal, wood, oil or natural gas. There are electric steam boilers which uses resistance or immersion type of heating elements. Nuclear fission which has an established theory behind it is also used in generating steam. Gas turbines works like a boilers only. Other next question is what the basic use of boilers is or what is the significance of boilers in one’s life? Basically boilers helps to generate steams to drive turbines so that it can help to generate electricity, various kinds of steam is used for air conditioning systems, driving steam engines. Boilers are the substances which are used to run ships using super heated engines. Smaller boilers are used to generate power so that it can help to run cars. Boilers are the general substance which can be used in our daily life.
